Outside Perspectives with REACT

In the summer of 2021, Morgan REACT students embarked on an outdoor adventure to build leadership skills, strengthen mental health, and learn a new approach to substance use prevention.

“I feel I learned
a lot about myself and
perseverance on this trip.”

– Courtney

“I felt that I could reconnect with people in a way that I didn’t realize.”

– Ben

“It’s important to listen
to people and help them
out if they need help.”

– Nick

“There’s so many different aspects of being outdoors that provides transformative experiences and the impact of substance use prevention and education that it just makes sense.”
