On October 25, 2019 Clinton’s Kimberly Inglis was awarded the Parent Volunteer of the Year Award by the CT Association of Prevention Professionals in North Haven, CT. Kim was recognized for her tireless dedication to prevention and youth leadership in Clinton. Kim’s efforts on PIC and Friends of Clinton Youth & Families as well as with REACT deserved tremendous applause. She has fund raised, increased awareness on a variety of addition issues such as alcohol use, marijuana dangers to teens, prescription drug abuse and more. Her assistance with locating and hiring speakers for the community and students goes unmatched. We are very proud to call Kim our partner, and would not be able to do half of what we do without her! Congratulations to Kim and her family!
